About The Position

IronRock Security is seeking a professional and organized Account Manager to oversee security operations for multiple client locations throughout the Bronx and Manhattan. This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who enjoys building relationships with clients, supporting officers in the field, and ensuring sites remain fully staffed and operating efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operations, scheduling, recruiting support, and client management. While a New York City concealed carry permit is not required upon hire, candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain one in the future if operational needs require it.

Requirements

  • High-level field supervision or site supervision with a minimum of three years required.
  • Experience creating and maintaining employee schedules.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust with both clients and security officers.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
  • Must be willing to obtain a New York City Concealed Carry License in the future if required for the role.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous security management, account management, operations, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
  • Experience interviewing or evaluating candidates preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Ensure all assigned sites remain fully staffed by proactively managing schedules and filling open shifts.
  • Coordinate with recruiting and operations to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in evaluating candidates for placement.
  • Support the onboarding and successful integration of new security officers.
  • Perform site visits to ensure officers meet client and company expectations.
  • Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and performance matters professionally.
  • Assist with incident investigations and ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, field supervisors, scheduling, and executive leadership.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing IronRock Security.
