About The Position

We're looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise clients. You'll be at the forefront of our commercial growth — building long-term partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering real business impact across industries including FMCG, Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals. This isn't a transactional sales role. You'll work consultatively with VP and C-suite stakeholders, translate our AI-powered solutions into measurable business value, and become a trusted strategic partner to clients who rely on us to help them grow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in Account Management, Sales Executive, or a client-facing commercial role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets
  • Direct industry experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Solutions
  • Proven track record of managing relationships at VP+ level in enterprise or mid-market B2B settings
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles (6–18 months) with multiple senior stakeholders across complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience running Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) or Executive Business Reviews (EBR) with key accounts
  • Background in consultative or solution selling environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (required)
  • AI Productivity Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants)
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Sales pipeline management & revenue forecasting
  • Data analysis & commercial reporting
  • Market research & competitive landscape analysis
  • Presentation & proposal tools (Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint)
  • Executive Communication : Comfortable presenting business cases, ROI frameworks, and strategic reviews to executive audiences; able to translate technical solutions into business value language that resonates with non-technical decision-makers
  • Communication & Presentation : Able to craft and deliver compelling, tailored narratives to diverse audiences including C-suite and technical stakeholders
  • Relationship Management : Builds and sustains trust-based, long-term partnerships with clients at all levels
  • Negotiation : Skilled in structuring and closing commercial agreements that create mutual value while protecting company margin
  • Business Acumen : Understands market dynamics, client business models, industry trends, and revenue drivers
  • Problem Solving : Proactively identifies client issues and proposes practical, client-centered solutions with a sense of urgency
  • Organizational Skills : Manages multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Resilience & Drive : Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to sustain high performance under commercial pressure
  • Stakeholder Management : Adept at managing expectations and navigating complex organizational structures both internally and externally

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or postgraduate qualification is an advantage
  • Professional certifications in Sales, CRM, or Account Management are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Certified, HubSpot Sales, Strategic Account Management – SAMA)
