We’re looking for an Account Manager with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about customer service and helping others succeed. As Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, building and growing their relationship with Rocket IT through consistent communication and in-person meetings. Because you’re a great listener, you’ll take time to understand your clients’ business needs and translate those needs into Rocket IT products and services. The ideal Account Manager candidate has experience managing technical accounts and working collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years technical account management experience preferred
  • Proven proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and drive solutions that exceed expectations
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits of Rocket IT products and solutions
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication, both with clients and among the Rocket team
  • Prepare for and attend regular client Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Work with team members to develop proposals and quotes for solutions/service improvements to ensure client success
  • Perform regular audits of client infrastructure to determine compliance with Ideal IT Architecture standards and make recommendations to move them toward compliance
