About The Position

Maintain and expand relationships with multi-location customers, in order to develop strategic, long-lasting partnerships. Achieve booking plan targets and assigned strategic account objectives while representing the full range of services provided by Integra Technologies in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
  • Experience: Experience in Sales, Engineering and/or Strategic business development in Semiconductor industry preferred; to include full back-end semiconductor services starting from wafer sort, thinning and dicing through die-attach, wire-bond, package sealing, and final test.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in terms of presentation, establishing rapport, writing detailed reports and articulating services.
  • Strong leadership qualities with ability to motive, influence and inspire others.
  • Ability to: 1. Strategically plan and execute; requires a broad conceptual judgment and ability to deal with complex factors not easily evaluated. 2. Analyze new opportunities to prioritize efforts to maximize ROI. 3. Build rapport with employees, management team and customers and to ensure stellar customer service is delivered in a timely manner. 4. Use available resources to find potential business and customers. 5. Remain highly organized and motivated, goal and people oriented and be able to operate independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. 6. Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, create consensus, make decisions and produce results.
  • Must be willing to travel and to periodically work evenings and weekends based on the needs of our customers.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to develop effective internal and external working relationships.
  • An acute level of knowledge and intuition of the business, operating procedures, trends, and key financial metrics and ratios.
  • Microsoft Office, account management systems and other computer products and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly sales plans and forecasts.
  • Expand the customer base, find new business opportunities, support growth of existing accounts.
  • Provide sales forecasts, report on performance, pipeline, orders booked vs goals on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer feedback and use the data to adjust the customer engagement strategy.
  • Plan coverage of accounts and prospects, plan regular customer visits.
  • Negotiate contracts and/or pricing, ensure customer satisfaction, support resolving escalations.
  • Effectively and strategically utilize current and new market sales information, analysis, pricing and sales analytical data to provide input in support of Integra’s goals. Recommend best practices to increase pricing, reduce costs, and solve delivery and quality issues.
  • Provide quotations and proposals to the customer.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts in order to develop strategic, long lasting partnerships.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures for areas of responsibilities align with the Company’s objectives in support of Integra’s strategic plan.
  • Sell full back-end semiconductor services starting from wafer sort, thinning and dicing through die-attach, wire-bond, package sealing and final test.
  • Where possible, cross sell other Micross capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Subject Matter Experts to achieve business, operations, and quality objectives in addition to performance goals.
  • Analyze Total and Served Available/Addressable Markets (TAM and SAM).
  • Must remain flexible, dependent on the needs of the customer, in order to meet deadlines as well as customer expectations.
  • Write white papers as well as present at and attend trade shows/conferences.
  • Participation in continued sales and industry related training.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
