The Account Manager assists the Account Director in the daily servicing of clients and supports other agency activities as needed, helping to ensure that programs and projects meet internal and external goals. Assist in overseeing planning and development of data-driven, technology-enabled marketing and sales campaigns in accordance with client's objectives and budgets. Ensure that internal execution teams are well informed, knowledgeable and enabled for success. Working closely with design and technical teams to coordinate and help guide direction of projects. The Account Manager helps to represent the client and their needs in internal conversations, working well with all team members. Ultimately, the Account Manager is working toward independent management of assigned clients. This role should have a good understanding of how data and technology relate to marketing objectives and campaigns.
