The Account Manager will build relationships with customers and act as a liaison within the organization to identify opportunities, convey information, ensure understanding, and develop strategies for growth, retention, and successful implementation. The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients to ensure optimum use and satisfaction with our HASC solutions – training, occupational health, and industry solutions. This role is responsible for leading all business development needs, including conducting market research, analyzing current products and services, seeking opportunities to increase customer engagement, and increasing sales and market share.
