We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as an Account Manager to build our Residential team focusing on energy efficiency opportunities and programs that is based in Oregon. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, collaborative, interpersonal and adaptive skills are a must. This position will be part of a program delivery team responsible for implementing innovative residential energy-efficiency programs on behalf of a client serving customers in Oregon. CLEAResult seeks a self-starter with relationship-building, client management and business acumen skills to grow with our company. Candidates will display a passion for accelerating the adoption of residential energy efficiency technologies in communities across the state. In this role candidates will be working remotely as a regional representative to a Residential energy-efficiency program, developing and maintaining relationships with local market actors and building strategies to recruit participants, drive projects, produce energy savings, and engage communities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the local, on-site program and client representative to contractors, customers, and program partners across a defined territory in Oregon
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, community-based organizations, utilities, and other market actors; assess needs, gather feedback, and support continuous program improvement
  • Communicate program participation requirements and lead contractor outreach, enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing training of trade allies
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to recruit contractors and expand participation in residential efficiency programs
  • Support project delivery on a case-by-case basis, including project coordination, site visits, quality assurance support, and helping projects move successfully through completion
  • Attend project and stakeholder meetings, deliver educational workshops and contractor trainings, and participate in other public-facing program engagements
  • Track and report market activity, document stakeholder interactions, and prepare written reports to inform program design, performance, and enhancements
  • Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision while traveling throughout a defined territory
