As an Account Manager (AM), you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for client onboarding, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross selling our solutions, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver products and services that meet client needs. Ensuring the timely and successful implementation of products and services is a critical component of this role.
