ZenSource is seeking an Account Manager to retain, build, and strengthen client relationships for our SaaS platforms across healthcare, education, financial services and other B2B industries. You serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively identifying their needs, coordinating the right internal resources and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve issues, and drive adoption of new features and enhancements through targeted upsell opportunities. A core responsibility is owning and enhancing our pre-sale content library with the latest case studies and other sales materials, as well as being the owner of the website and social media updates. The ideal candidate excels in B2B client-facing support, inside sales with a basic level of content creation capabilities. This is a ground floor opportunity with high-growth potential.
