Requirements

• Proven experience in account management.
• Knowledge of claims, staff counsel, and panel counsel processes.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Nurture and strengthen existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Business Development: Actively seek new opportunities to expand our footprint in the market, helping us grow our order volume.
• Account Onboarding: Seamlessly onboard new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience for all parties.
• Client Support: Be the go-to expert for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
