Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing although candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 2-5 years of military experience is strongly considered as a substitute for relevant sales experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team sales environment
• Build strong relationships with customers

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales budgets
• Develop relationships with new customers while supporting existing relationships with customers
• Identify new project opportunities
• Help our team deliver proposals with a bid strategy that aligns with the unique needs of each project
• Diligently follow up on bids to drive sales to closure
• Accurately scope projects alongside general contractors
• Understand our products and their benefits to customers
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs
