About The Position

Under the direction of the Assistant VP - Client Success Management, this Account Manager position will drive results and accountable for all operational tasks throughout the organization that their assigned clients have requested or require.

Requirements

PBM and Operational experience preferred
Customer service/phone experience preferred
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or managed care industry required.
Ability to multi-task and use various systems efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent degree

Responsibilities

Own and track client services tasks, client decks, and client responses to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain documents and calendars to ensure department collaboration and document management.
Responsible for tracking and monitor reporting requests: running, QA and meeting deadlines as required.
Support the client with any client and/or member questions and requests.
Oversee administrative processes, tracking progress and following up to secure any outstanding or required documentation.
Researching, tracking and outreach for miscellaneous client/member needs.
Editing and preparing documents, policies and workflows for department.
Coordinate with finance department on client items.
Review and approve invoices for all PBF clients in accordance to the process.
Support email notifications to clients and other departments when requested.
Creating and quality checking various documents and reports for the department.
Aiding with various projects, daily tasks, and projects.
Special projects as assigned by an Client Success Executives.
Other tasks as assigned.
