About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager for its Private Client Services (Personal Insurance) team. The role develops and services new and existing accounts, advises and consults with clients, maintains and retains existing business, follows up on referrals, and rounds client accounts. The position requires strong customer service, independent work, time management, organization, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages.
• At least 3 years of prior customer service experience within the insurance industry.
• Experience with admitted and non-admitted markets and all private client (personal lines) policy types.
• P&C Insurance License, or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and on an ongoing basis without current or future sponsorship.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Experience using Sagitta, ImageRight, and EPIC.

Responsibilities
