Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Open to growth, feedback, and thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of textiles or the interior design/upholstery industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by offering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text.
  • Relentlessly pursue new opportunities and partners while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Uncover customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and showcase new fabric collections.
  • Engage in strategic sales calls, even when the conversation gets tough.
  • Fuel opportunity, secure orders, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Perform detailed fabric research to advise interior designers and upholsterers.
  • Master our ERP system (FACTS), CRM and other software tools to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize every sales opportunity.
  • Occasional Travel
