About The Position

We are seeking two dedicated Account Managers for an office space solutions firm. This role offers flexibility, allowing for 100% remote work or a hybrid arrangement in downtown Seattle, with the added benefit of free parking. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely completion of client projects and accounts. The Account Manager builds strong relationships with clients and vendors through trust, respect, and effective communication. Expertise in strategic planning, customer service, and risk mitigation is essential for seamless execution of office space solutions. By working closely with both internal and external teams, the organization ensures high-quality service and timely project delivery.

  • Regular communication and collaboration with key external and internal stakeholders, including A&D firms, end users, GCs, manufacturer representatives, sales leads, CAD designers, customer service, installation teams, and Sr.management.

Nice To Haves

  • Haworth product knowledge is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with CAD and design is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in ProjectSpec5, Excel, Smartsheet, Plangrid, and MS Project is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and their representatives to determine project goals, including aesthetics, budget, and functionality.
  • Prepare pricing and quotations for RFP responses and proposals.
  • Identify space planning solutions and work with internal designers to create 2-D & 3-D typicals, floor plans, and renderings for client approval.
  • Oversee order management while considering the overall project schedule.
  • Coordinate with customer service and installation partners for product receipt, delivery, and installation.
  • Focus on long-term client retention by providing ongoing support to end users post-installation, including product updates, warranty management, and addressing future needs.
