Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or another relevant client-facing role.
• A strong background in the financial services or mortgage industry is essential.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A demonstrable ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and results.
• Proficiency with CRM software and the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities
