About The Position

We’re seeking an Account Manager – Fragrance Solutions for the Midwest/Crystal Lake, Illinois region to drive strategic partnerships, deliver profitable growth, and serve as a commercial ambassador for our fragrance portfolio. You will support account plans, forecast performance, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 3–7 years in sales/account management (fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, forecasting, and negotiations
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with global clients
  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase sales, margin, and market share
  • Lead customer negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and revenue targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain
  • Provide market insights to support innovation and competitive positioning
