About your role: As a Service Management - Sr Professional I, you will help ensure Fiserv’s service delivery processes and client interactions are top-notch. This role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of service management practices, driving high client satisfaction, and ensuring seamless operations. The team focuses on enhancing client experiences and streamlining service operations for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT service management
  • 2+ years of experience in the ITIL framework
  • 2+ years of experience in incident and problem management
  • 2+ years of experience in service delivery
  • 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Certification in ITIL
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the service management processes to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement service improvement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in best service management practices.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
