About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager with strong business acumen to drive growth across the Cellular and Molecular Research (CMR) portfolio. This role is responsible for owning a defined territory, managing key customer relationships, and delivering revenue against assigned targets within all markets. The Account Manager will lead the overall sales strategy for their territory, identifying and advancing opportunities across instruments and consumables while ensuring strong customer engagement and long-term account development. This role is highly customer-facing and requires the ability to influence buying decisions, navigate sales cycles, and consistently execute against revenue and pipeline objectives. The successful candidate will operate with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with Product Specialists, Field Application Scientists, and cross-functional partners to deliver customer solutions and drive cross–product line growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years relevant experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables within molecular biology, genomics, or cell analysis workflows
  • Strong knowledge of CMR-relevant applications, including microplate-based solutions, imaging, electrophoresis and flow cytometry
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and navigate sales cycles
  • Proven ability to identify and drive cross–product line opportunities to maximize account growth
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast, and opportunity progression
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
