Requirements

  • Possess or will possess by June 2026 a Bachelor's Degree in related fields like Engineering or Sciences
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Are able to negotiate and influence others
  • Have high energy and motivation to win in the market

Responsibilities

  • Driving regional account growth and profitability by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve or surpass annual targets.
  • Negotiating and finalizing customer contracts or business agreements or business agreements-including pricing, service terms, and rebates-to maximize BASF's value, balancing existing customer management with new business development.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within accounts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and technical, to launch new products and/or potential applications.
  • Identifying and expanding profitable opportunities for existing products with current and/or potential customers.
  • Supporting strategic decisions and future objectives related to your accounts.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong organizational awareness.
  • Continuously seeking and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Sharing market and customer insights with relevant teams to refine strategies and prioritize innovation.
  • Fostering partnerships by facilitating engagement between senior BASF and customer leaders.
  • Taking ownership of accounts, mobilizing cross-functional teams as needed and advocating for customer needs with urgency.
  • Up to 50% travel.
