About The Position

The MESA Sales 4 (HKMC) Account Manager is responsible for managing OEM accounts, supporting mass production programs, and driving revenue growth through pricing, program development, and customer relationship management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required
Experience working with OEM customers in the automotive industry preferred
Ability to manage flexible work schedules aligned with customer requirements
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Experience with ERP systems required (SAP preferred)
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, Info systems.
Strong understanding of automotive OEM business and supply chain
Basic financial and cost analysis knowledge
Must be at least 18 years of age due to federal labor law requirements.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage mass production and new program development activities
Support new product development in coordination with engineering teams
Review, process, and distribute customer engineering orders
Establish and manage sales pricing strategies
Analyze and determine Engineering Order (E.O) cost impacts and pricing adjustments
Develop and monitor sales plans (Plan vs. Actual)
Track OEM production schedules and align with sales forecasting
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Prepare monthly reports on HKMC sales performance in North America
Manage customer communication and ensure timely response to requests
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
