About The Position

The Account Manager position is essential for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by managing security services and related operations for an assigned group of smaller accounts. This includes client service, problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. As an Account Manager, you will perform various management functions for assigned accounts and provide lead direction to Security Supervisors regarding requirements, work priorities, and coordinating necessary site needs.
