As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to drive account growth and retention within the US market. Our Swarm of ethical hackers continuously tests security defenses, identifying vulnerabilities and providing actionable improvements across technology, training, processes, and physical controls. Unlike traditional penetration testing providers, we offer an ongoing offensive security approach, ensuring clients stay ahead of evolving threats with a subscription-based model that delivers continuous protection. The role As an Account Manager, your focus will be on ensuring client retention, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth from assigned accounts. You will develop strategic plans to maximize client value, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. Working closely with the Hive Leaders and Commercial Leadership you will be responsible for the revenue growth and retention of the accounts.
