About The Position

CovertSwarm exists to outpace cyber threats by continuously challenging our clients' security. As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to drive account growth and retention within the US market. About CovertSwarm Our mission is simple: to proactively compromise our clients before real-world adversaries can. Our Swarm of ethical hackers continuously tests security defenses, identifying vulnerabilities and providing actionable improvements across technology, training, processes, and physical controls. Unlike traditional penetration testing providers, we offer an ongoing offensive security approach, ensuring clients stay ahead of evolving threats with a subscription-based model that delivers continuous protection. The role As an Account Manager, your focus will be on ensuring client retention, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth from assigned accounts. You will develop strategic plans to maximize client value, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. Working closely with the Hive Leaders and Commercial Leadership you will be responsible for the revenue growth and retention of the accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, program management or sales within cybersecurity or technology services.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Track record of achieving growth targets through upselling and strategic account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required for client and CovertSwarm team collaboration and relationship building.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment with a global team.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Own and nurture a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Retention: Build deep relationships with key stakeholders to maintain and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute account-specific plans to expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring their security concerns are addressed proactively.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with customers to understand their security goals and position CovertSwarm’s services as essential solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance, reporting insights to optimize engagement and service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and Hives to align efforts in growing customer accounts.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about cybersecurity trends and threats to provide valuable insights to clients.
