About The Position

Naturals2Go+ Hermitage, a leader in unattended retail, micro-markets, and vending solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee operations within a state penitentiary environment. This role plays a vital part in maintaining exceptional service standards, product integrity, and operational compliance in a secured correctional setting. The Account Manager will manage daily route operations, inventory control, and customer satisfaction within the facility—ensuring our commitment to world-class service is upheld even in challenging environments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in vending, foodservice, or operations management preferred.
  • Prior experience working in or servicing secured or institutional environments (e.g., corrections, healthcare, education) strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to pass all background and security clearance requirements mandated by the state penitentiary.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform hands-on service work.
  • Proficiency with handheld route devices, basic computer systems, and point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Naturals2Go+ Hermitage and facility administration.
  • Maintain daily oversight of vending and micro-market operations within the penitentiary, including restocking, cash handling, and product presentation.
  • Ensure security and compliance protocols are strictly followed at all times in accordance with state correctional facility policies.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections, reporting maintenance issues or malfunctions promptly.
  • Manage inventory levels, track product movement, and coordinate replenishment schedules.
  • Monitor sales performance and consumer trends within the facility to recommend product mix adjustments.
  • Provide weekly operational reporting to management, including key metrics such as sales, shrink, and service response time.
  • Foster professional working relationships with correctional officers, administrators, and facility staff while adhering to all institutional conduct standards.
  • Participate in a rotating shift schedule and work every other weekend as part of the operational coverage.
