Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new customer accounts while growing and maintaining existing relationships. Build strong partnerships with customers and carriers to ensure consistent, reliable freight movement. Quote freight and negotiate rates to balance profitability with competitive market pricing. Manage shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining service standards.
