Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Strong knowledge of general insurance practices
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a focused, no-drama work environment.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience preferred for Personal Lines candidates.
- Experience with captives is a plus for Personal Lines candidates.
- Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of personal or commercial insurance accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on their insurance options and ensuring their coverage meets their needs.
- Review policy renewals and proactively retain current customers.
- Process quotes and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Utilize EZLynx software for account management and documentation.
