We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an Account Manager, you’ll: Build and foster relationships with KLM Clients and ensure satisfaction Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget. Manage all customer communication within client portfolio. Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties. Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns. Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals. Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
