About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for an Commerical Account Manager. The Account Manager (AM) plays a critical role in Fivetran's growth by driving customer expansion, cross sell and usage. AMs own their book of business and manage customer contracting, upsells and renewals. The AM will manage customer contracts from planning through negotiation to execution. AMs are responsible for tiering accounts, strategizing growth use cases via connector and usage addition. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
