About The Position

Be the front-facing team member that ensures client satisfaction for existing clients. They will be responsible for improving Customer Loyalty and satisfaction and growing the book of business overtime. Candidates should be comfortable presenting to groups of people and have experience building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to present a professional and friendly attitude towards clients.
  • Must be able to multitask with attention to detail and effectively manage time.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, to deal positively with risk mitigation and conflict resolution.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic to learn new skills and problem solve solutions.
  • Ability to develop ongoing rapport with clients and consumers and deliver value and relevant information
  • A positive, collegial attitude and a high level of professionalism is essential.
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work well in an energized, fast paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce & capable of learning new technology
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years relevant experience in a SaaS, Consultative Sales or Sales Support organization
  • OR Equivalent combination of experience and education

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working on or part of a client relations team (preferred)
  • Experience in Government/ Corrections based industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing relationships with contracted agencies.
  • Oversee rollout of services for newly acquired clients to align both parties’ interests.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Conduct remote training utilizing web conferencing software.
  • Ensure retention and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate internally all client requests and projects to facilitate completion.
  • Research issues reported by clients and resolve them or escalate to the appropriate department.
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls including items escalated through our technical support team, Client Manager or Helpdesk
  • Provide Ongoing education for all Securus Services products and services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
