As a Fact & Fiction Account Manager, you are the engine behind the day-to-day success of the agency. You own the project process from kickoff to delivery, ensuring client and internal alignment, driving follow-ups, and holding the team to deadlines while building strong, trusted relationships with clients and agency partners. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and lead with both initiative and empathy. You love collaboration and know how to balance what’s best for the client with what’s best for the work. Ultimately, you’re the glue that keeps business, relationships and outcomes connected, and you take incredible pride in the collective impact we make for our clients. We are open to candidates within commuting distance to Kansas City or Boulder, excited about collaborating in person two days per week in a hybrid working environment. We are not open to 100% remote candidates.
