Prudential’s Group Insurance (GI) Premier Client Relationship Management team is seeking an experienced Account Manager to service customer accounts. The incumbent will be accountable for managing relationships with assigned new and existing customers, mobilizing support staff to help maintain and strengthen account relationships, and growing the business while also resolving issues as they arise. This position entails generating profitable revenue growth by retaining existing customers, expanding business, and achieving customer satisfaction. The Premier Account Manager is typically assigned accounts (100 - 500 lives) that vary in complexity. The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid. While this position does not require your on-site presence every day, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office. What you can expect: Exercising responsibility for management of assigned book of business, including the advancement of customer specific business plans to identify opportunities to retain and profitably grow business. You will build and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, brokers, and internal business partners to efficiently implement new business, address service inquires, and provide consultative support. Presenting the financial components of re-rates, providing clients premium and claim comparison analysis on both participating and non-participating employees.
