About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts. As the primary client liaison, this role ensures service excellence, drives revenue through upselling and retention, and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance client properties. This position requires strong industry knowledge, organization, and relationship management skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles (landscape experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with local travel required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Drive account growth through upselling and renewals
  • Conduct site visits and proactively recommend enhancements
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Support accounts receivable and internal team collaboration
