An Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our Advisors, acting as a key liaison between advisors and custodians to support daily transactions and account maintenance. This role is centered on delivering exceptional service while fostering strong, positive relationships with advisors. Core responsibilities include processing advisor requests via email and phone communication, approving client deposits, establishing client accounts, processing cashiering items, and any account maintenance items. The Account Manager plays a critical role in strengthening advisor relationships, an essential component of our business success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
