We’re a high-growth Autodesk Reseller helping architects, builders, engineers, and construction professionals bring their biggest ideas to life. Our small business clients are nimble, ambitious, and building fast—and they need someone just as sharp in their corner. We’re looking for a Small Business Account Manager who can build relationships quickly, manage a high-volume book of business, and help small businesses make smart software decisions that scale with them. If you thrive on fast conversations, faster follow-ups, and constant wins—this is your lane!

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B account management, inside sales, or renewals experience (preferably in software, SaaS, or tech).
  • Organized, efficient, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Stellar communication skills—know how to keep it clear, concise, and value-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • CRM experience.
  • Love small business clients: their hustle, their skepticism, and their loyalty when you deliver.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities (with or without aids), are essential.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in the AEC space.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of SB clients—supporting renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and the occasional fire drill.
  • Keep clients happy, active, and growing.
  • Hit (and beat) monthly quotas for renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Guide clients through Autodesk product offerings and all of ATG’s hardware, software, and service offerings.
  • Manage high-volume conversations, track opportunities in the CRM, and never let a follow-up slip.
  • Identify high-potential accounts and turn small wins into long-term loyalty.
  • Keep up with Autodesk licensing changes, promos, renewals, and program shifts.
