About the Role: As an Account Manager , you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, proactive communication, and a consistently high-quality experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and timely communication
  • Partner with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and leadership) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to expand services
  • Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Lead contract renewals and support negotiations, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, updates, and presentations
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance and align on future strategies
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team performance and development
