The company is expanding its footprint in Texas and is seeking a Sales Professional to join its team. Erling has consistently achieved double-digit annual revenue growth for twenty years, establishing itself as a trusted leader in the field. They are diversifying their portfolio to include car wash systems and EV charging systems, providing end-to-end services from design to installation to maintenance. The company operates in an "earned trust" environment, empowering employees and utilizing data for continuous improvement. Their recently relocated headquarters in Hutto, Texas, at the northern edge of the Austin metropolitan area, provides an inspiring work environment. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with new logo customers, addressing customer concerns collaboratively, actively participating in sales process improvement, and collaborating seamlessly with other departments for exceptional sales results.

Requirements

  • Proven history of success in hunting, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • At least three years of success selling Capital Equipment projects to senior executives.
  • Proven Hunter Mentality: A history of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing profitable new logos.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with large customers and earn and retain their trust.
  • The ability to work cooperatively with all Erling departments and business units.
  • Strong verbal, written, PC, and social media communication skills.
  • Proven results in finding, qualifying, and closing profitable new logos.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant major.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively towards meeting business objectives.
  • Persuasive communication skills (verbal, written, PC, and social media).
  • Successful completion of background, motor, and drug screen investigations.
  • Valid Driver’s License, Insurance, and a clean driving record with a reliable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with and a preference for a recognized sales methodology (Sandler, Challenger, Miller-Heiman, MEDDIC, etc.).
  • Prior success in selling capital goods to senior executives in the "C" suite is a valuable asset.
