The Account Manager is responsible for providing best-in-class support for Simcona/IEWC customers. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role manages the day-to-day customer activities such as new project quoting, customer order entry, pre-sale inquiries, and post-sale transactions. The AM works collaboratively with internal partners in Engineering, Supply Chain, and Outside Sales applying excellent customer service, project management, order management capabilities and system knowledge to meet the daily needs of the customer. As the AM, you will represent the Simcona/IEWC brand, value proposition and become the “face to the customer” in their daily activities.
