About The Position
Hassle Free Home is a home services membership company. We provide our members with handyman maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects that fall outside the scope of our handyman services. As an Account Manager, you will be the coordinator of these projects. This involves maintaining an organized project pipeline, providing clients with regular updates, and ensuring all projects run smoothly from beginning to end. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly responsive, possess clear communication skills, and are naturally organized, offering an opportunity to excel quickly.
Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
- Comfortable with technology (managing multiple systems, texting, email, and basic software tools)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors
- Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email
- Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they become big ones
- Review and polish estimates before sending to clients
- Own the overall client experience from start to finish
