As an Account Manager at Giftogram, you will own a portfolio of existing customers and be accountable for both their success and their growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to HR, People, marketing, and operations leaders — helping them build stronger recognition and rewards programs — while actively driving expansion within your accounts and developing new relationships across the organizations you serve. You will turn initial use cases into company-wide programs. This is not a maintenance role. It is an expansion role with a success-first foundation — and it requires someone with the relationship skills of a great account manager and the drive of a hunter.
