About The Position

Opal Corporate Connections is partnering with one of Canada's top employers to recruit an Account Manager, Small Business Banking for their team in New Liskeard. In this role, you'll build and manage relationships with small business clients across a variety of industries, helping them achieve their goals through tailored financial solutions. You'll focus on business development, portfolio management, client satisfaction, and community engagement while balancing growth objectives with sound risk management practices.

Requirements

Experience in business banking, commercial banking, financial services, or relationship management.
Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A client-focused approach and passion for supporting local businesses.
