About The Position

We are seeking motivated Account Managers to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a sales territory through cold calling, B2B prospecting, and servicing existing accounts. You’ll build strong customer relationships while helping clients maintain inventory and equipment, place orders, and identify solutions that improve their facilities. We take pride in providing solutions that help create safer, cleaner, and more effective work environments — while also helping you grow your territory and increase wallet share. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, technical or industrial environments (water treatment, maintenance, chemicals, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: fluent French / intermediate English required for internal communication (important asset).
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
Strong autonomy, customer focus, organization, and team spirit.

Nice To Haves

Education in chemistry, environment, or related field is an asset but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
