Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Account Manager or related role in an advertising agency or marketing agency
  • Experience in implementing talent -led campaigns
  • An ability to develop detailed plans , lead team meetings, identify and resolve issues and manage risk
  • Attention to detail with strong communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic
  • An ability to forge strong relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders
  • A demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the social media landscape
  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, Workday, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with the client and key stakeholders
  • Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects
  • Act as the glue that holds internal teams together, delegate work when necessary, and help to define brand vision alongside creative, strategy, etc.
  • Manage projects and creative timelines with the client and work closely with Project Managers to adhere to campaign schedules.
  • Influence the development of high - quality creative work by sharing knowledge of the client, business, and brand while demonstrating strong creative judgment and strategic thinking
  • Act as a leader of the integrated marketing team, ensuring partnership and collaboration between The Fan Foundry and other constituents
