About The Position

A typical day as an Account Manager within Technology Consulting might include: Proactively develop, lead, and nurture and grow successful client relationships for Eide Bailly’s Technology Consulting Solutions. Expertly develop/nurture an understanding of client’s business goals and challenges and align with Eide Bailly business applications and services. Proactively interact through online and face to face meetings as well as phone/email communications. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, or escalations. Build product and consulting services knowledge as well as continuously developing sales skills. May plan, promote, participate in and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience selling (account management or client success required) in a professional services/IT environment.
  • Strong technical background to work with/understand multiple departments and products/services offered.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive-level clients.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
