The Account Manager with The Compliance Store is responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role plays a critical role in retaining and growing existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring client success. The Account Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and executive leadership to understand client needs, deliver value-added solutions, and achieve business objectives. The position works in-house at the office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
