About The Position

This role is ideal for a customer-focused and technically inclined sales professional. The Account Manager will work closely with customers, provide product solutions, and support the outside sales team to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or HVAC-related roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • QuickBooks experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up with potential customers.
  • Provide product recommendations, pricing, and technical information.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC system-related customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Manage order entry and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service.
