About The Position

HESCO is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to lead full-line sales initiatives within a designated account package. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing customers (OEMs, System Integrators, & End Users), identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our complete portfolio of electrical and automation products, services, and engineered solutions. As the face of HESCO to our customers, the Account Manager plays a critical role in understanding client needs, delivering value-based solutions, and aligning HESCO’s diverse capabilities with strategic business goals. This is an ideal position for a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology-driven problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, automation, or a related technical sales environment
  • Proven success in managing and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn diverse product categories
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting practices
  • Experience with complex technical solutions that require in-depth product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and ERP platforms.
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts within an account package; develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Full-Line Sales Represent the entire spectrum of HESCO’s offerings, including automation, electrical distribution, services, and custom-engineered solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and proactive problem-solving.
  • New Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting efforts, leveraging HESCO’s broad product and services portfolio.
  • Solution Selling Work consultatively with customers to understand their technical, operational, and financial objectives and align HESCO solutions accordingly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with inside sales, product specialists, marketing, and leadership to support complex sales opportunities and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM platforms; regularly update sales activity and customer intelligence.
