Requirements

  • Experience in EMS, fire, or pre-hospital care—or a strong track record in outside B2B sales with a desire to serve a mission-driven customer base.
  • The ability to connect with people who live and breathe public safety.
  • A mindset focused on growth, service, and meaningful impact.
  • The skill to simplify complex product information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with EMS agencies, fire departments, police departments, and other public safety organizations in your territory.
  • Provide product insights, demonstrations, and pricing support that reflect the urgency and precision of the field.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
  • Represent Bound Tree at trade shows, conferences, and industry events—becoming a trusted voice in the community.
