About The Position

Join CoPilot AI, a $10M ARR leader in LinkedIn automation. We are evolving into HeyStack, the next generation of Agentic AI for sales. As we chart a course to our exciting next chapter, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Nearshore Account Manager to join our fantastic Customer Success team! As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer success, driving retention, and fostering account growth. You will manage a portfolio of customers, helping them maximize the value of CoPilot AI’s platform while identifying opportunities for expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship management, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive retention, adoption, and expansion within an account portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and AI-driven sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Drive Retention & Growth: Ensure customers are achieving success with the platform, leading to renewals and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.
  • Onboard & Educate: Guide new customers through onboarding, helping them understand best practices and integrate CoPilot AI into their workflow.
  • Monitor Customer Health: Analyze customer engagement data to proactively address risks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience and inform product development.
  • Advocate for Customers: Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape the platform’s future features and functionality.

  • Competitive Compensation: A competitive annual base salary between the range of $40,000 USD to $43,000 USD, commensurate with experience and skill level. Expected on-target earnings will be around $60,000 USD, subject to hitting key performance metrics.
