About The Position

As an Account Manager in Drilling Services Sales, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for technical products and a knack for building strong relationships, this role may be an excellent fit for you. As an Account Manager for Drilling Services Sales, you will be responsible for selling to named account(s) and new customers. This could include key accounts within the Drilling Services product line. You will utilize your in-depth understanding of drilling services products and systems to provide technical guidance and support for customization within established guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing frameworks and negotiate client-specific conditions, fostering mutually beneficial relationships. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients within a defined region, providing tailored support and solutions to drive growth and satisfaction. You will work closely with technical sales support to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Account Sales for down-hole drilling tools.
  • A bachelor's degree or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience working face-to-face with global oil & gas operators, with a focus in North America Land.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce or similar CRM.
  • Available for travel – could be up to 20%
