About The Position

Fresha is seeking a driven, sales-minded professional to join their global business as a Sales Account Manager. This role involves owning a portfolio of existing partners, driving upsell, expansion, and retention revenue. The position is target-driven, focusing on managing an existing book of business rather than cold outreach, and requires working autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment. Employees are expected to work from the office to foster collaboration. Fresha is the AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry, connecting businesses like salons, barbers, spas, and fitness studios. The company is headquartered in London with 15 global offices and is trusted by millions of consumers and businesses worldwide. Fresha's platform helps businesses manage operations, including bookings, point-of-sale, customer records, marketing, inventory, and team management. The consumer marketplace leverages online bookings and automated marketing to drive revenue for partner businesses.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role (prospecting or portfolio-based), with a track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  • 2-3 years' experience closing sales and generating incremental revenue with small-to-medium-sized businesses
  • Comfortable analyzing account or portfolio data to spot revenue opportunities and build a plan to close them
  • Team Player – Happy to "roll sleeves up" and assist the team whenever required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing an existing portfolio or book of business, ideally in SaaS, is a plus but not required
  • Experience with selling multiple products at a time.
  • Experience with a CRM, we use Hubspot.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio and run a full sales cycle to close them, from pitch to signature
  • Own and deliver against KPIs on monetization, revenue growth, and retention
  • Use account data and reporting to prioritize your pipeline and build a plan to convert it into revenue
  • Meet with your accounts face-to-face and over video to build the trust needed to sell into them repeatedly
  • Maintain a consistent, proactive contact strategy across your portfolio to keep pipeline moving and reduce churn
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
